Terms of Service

By accessing or using TekLedger.ai — including joining the waitlist, uploading data, or viewing any output — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

TekLedger.ai is an executive intelligence platform that converts IT and vendor spend data into benchmark-backed insights, prioritized actions, and board-ready narratives for CIOs, CFOs, and their boards. The platform is currently in early access. Features, outputs, and availability may change during this period.

• You may use TekLedger.ai solely for lawful internal business analysis and executive decision support.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute platform outputs as your own commercial product.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying intelligence models or algorithms.
• You may not upload data you do not own or have authorization to use.
• You may not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to TekLedger.ai. You also retain ownership of the outputs, reports, and analyses generated from your data. By uploading data, you grant TekLedger.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data for the sole purpose of generating your requested outputs. We do not claim any ownership over your data or outputs.

TekLedger.ai, including its patent-pending intelligence engine, platform design, methodology, benchmark models, and all underlying technology, is the exclusive intellectual property of TekLedger.ai and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited license to use the platform as described herein.

We understand that the data you upload — vendor contracts, spend records, strategic plans — is highly sensitive. We treat all uploaded data as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. We expect you to treat any non-public information about the TekLedger.ai platform, methodology, or technology with equivalent confidentiality.

TekLedger.ai is currently in early access. The platform and its outputs are provided as-is during this period. While we strive for accuracy and benchmark integrity, outputs should be used to inform decisions — not as a substitute for professional financial, legal, or strategic advice. We recommend validating critical findings with your internal teams before board presentation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TekLedger.ai is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all outputs will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TekLedger.ai and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including decisions made based on platform outputs — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to TekLedger.ai at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion during the early access period. You may discontinue use at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of TekLedger.ai after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You and TekLedger.ai waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action proceeding.
