Accessibility Statement

TekLedger.ai is committed to making its website usable by as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or voice input. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our reference standard.

We are actively working toward WCAG 2.2 AA conformance across all public pages. Known issues are tracked and addressed as part of ongoing development. Some pages may not yet fully conform while improvements are in progress.

• Semantic HTML structure with correct heading hierarchy on all public pages.
• Keyboard navigation supported throughout the site, including navigation menus and forms.
• Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
• Sufficient color contrast on text and interactive components.
• Alt text on meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technologies.
• Form fields include visible labels and descriptive error messages.
• The site is light-mode only and does not apply a dark theme, which can cause contrast issues for some users.
• Reduced-motion support via the prefers-reduced-motion media query.

• Some third-party embedded components may not fully meet our accessibility standard. We evaluate alternatives when issues are identified.
• Animated transitions are used on some pages. These respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting where implemented, and we are extending this coverage.
• PDF documents, if offered, may not be fully accessible. Contact us for an accessible alternative.

The site is built with Next.js and uses semantic HTML5 elements including main, header, nav, section, and article. ARIA roles and attributes are applied where native HTML semantics are insufficient. Interactive components use ARIA patterns consistent with the WAI-ARIA Authoring Practices Guide.
